Jennifer creates spaces for people to explore who they are while developing skills for navigating life's complexities. She brings together time-tested practices from Buddhism, Taoism, and Yoga with contemporary approaches from Internal Family Systems and positive psychology. 

She's interested in supporting genuine self-discovery and resilience through embodied and evidence-based approaches. This means exploring all aspects of ourselves - including the uncomfortable bits - in ways that actually work in daily life.
